How to turn on and fix push notifications on your phone
Allow notifications for the app in your phone settings and turn on the Mobile channel in Settings › My Profile › Notifications. If they don't arrive, open the app settings, tap Diagnose Notifications and follow the guidance.
Updated on
Before you start
- You need the mobile app installed, up to date and signed in.
- You only get notifications for accounts your user can access. If you can only see assigned data, you won't get alerts for contacts that aren't assigned to you.
Where to find it
Mobile app › settings › Diagnose Notifications
Step by step
Turn notifications on
- In your phone settings, open the app list, pick the Elooo System app and turn on Notifications.
- In Elooo System (on your computer or in the app), open Settings › My Profile › Notifications.
- For each alert type (conversations, tasks, appointments, reviews), turn on the Mobile channel.
- Save your changes.
Diagnose when they don't arrive
- Open the app and tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Diagnose Notifications, then Start Diagnosis.
- The app checks four things: network, notification permission, sound and delivery of a test notification. Review each result.
- When the test notification arrives, tap Received. If it doesn't, tap Didn't receive, or Resend to try again.
- Follow the app's guidance for any check that needs attention (for example, switch Wi-Fi network, allow notifications, or turn off silent or Focus mode).
- Go back to the diagnosis and tap Run diagnosis again to confirm it's fixed.
- If every check passes and notifications still don't arrive, tap Copy report and send it to support with your request.
Tips
- If you get the same notification twice, two rules apply to the same message (for example, "conversation assigned to me" and "new message"). Turn one of them off in Notifications.
- The diagnosis doesn't change your preferences; it only shows what needs adjusting.
Common problems
- I don't see the Diagnose Notifications option → Your app is out of date. Update it from the app store and reopen it.
- The notification arrives but makes no sound → Your phone is on silent or in a Focus mode. Turn it off or allow the app in that mode.
- The test says permission is missing → In your phone settings, turn on notifications for the app and run the diagnosis again.
- I don't get alerts for some contacts → Your user is limited to assigned data, or the Mobile channel is off for that alert type. Check Settings › My Profile › Notifications or ask your admin to review your permissions.
