How to allow third-party cookies and cross-site tracking in your browser
If part of Elooo System won't load or doesn't keep you signed in, allow third-party cookies in your browser. In Safari, go to Settings › Privacy and uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking.
Updated on
Before you start
- You need access to your browser settings on your computer.
- Some features that load content from another address inside Elooo System need these cookies to work.
Where to find it
Safari › Settings › Privacy › Prevent cross-site tracking
Step by step
Safari on Mac
- Open Safari.
- In the top menu, click Safari › Settings (or Preferences). You can also press Cmd + ,.
- Open the Privacy tab.
- Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking.
- Close the settings window and refresh the Elooo System page.
Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top right › Settings.
- Open Privacy and security › Third-party cookies.
- Choose Allow third-party cookies, or add the Elooo System address to the list of allowed sites.
- Refresh the Elooo System page.
Tips
- If you don't want to allow third-party cookies on every site, in Chrome just add the Elooo System address to the exceptions list.
Common problems
- It still doesn't load after changing the setting → Refresh the page with Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + F5 (Windows) and, if needed, clear the site's cache.
- I can't find the option in Safari → Make sure you're on the Privacy tab of Safari's settings, not in System Settings.
- It also fails on my phone → On iPhone, go to Settings › Safari and turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
