Before you start

  • You need access to the email inbox you use to sign in to Elooo System (to reset or set your password).
  • Your password must have at least 12 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number and at least one special character (for example !, @, # or $).
  • If your company signs in through single sign-on (SSO) or another provider, your password is managed there. Talk to your admin.

Tips

  • Use a password you don't use on any other website.
  • Turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app for extra security.
  • Protect access to your email too: that's how your account is recovered.

Common problems

  • The reset email doesn't arrive → Check your spam, junk and promotions folders and wait a few minutes. Make sure you typed the exact account email. Send one new request and always use the most recent email.
  • The new password is rejected → It doesn't meet the requirements. Use at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number and a special character.
  • I don't know which email my account uses → Ask an account admin to check it in Settings › My Staff.
  • I was sent to a different sign-in page → Your company uses single sign-on. Change your password with that provider or talk to your admin.
