How to choose which products appear in each store

Turn on Include in Online Store on the product in Payments › Products so it can be listed in stores. Then go to Sites › Store › (open the store) › Products and toggle each product on or off for that store; changes save automatically.

Updated on

Before you start

  • You need access to Payments and Sites in your account.
  • The store must already exist.
Where to find it

Sites › Store › (open the store) › Products

Step by step

Make the product available to stores

  1. Open Payments › Products and click the product.
  2. Turn on Include in Online Store and save.
  3. With this option off, the product won't appear in any store's product list.

Pick the products for one store

  1. Open Sites › Store and open the store you want to adjust.
  2. Click the Products section.
  3. Use each product's toggle to show or hide it in that store.
  4. To change several at once, select the products and apply the bulk action to include or exclude them.
  5. Use the search by name or the collection filter to find products faster.
  6. There's no save button: every change is recorded immediately.

Tips

  • When you create a new store, every product with Include in Online Store turned on is listed in it automatically.
  • A new product with that option on appears in all stores by default; afterwards, remove it from the stores where it doesn't belong.
  • From the store's Products section you can open and edit a product directly.

Common problems

  • The product isn't in the store's product list → Include in Online Store is off on the product itself. Turn it on in Payments › Products.
  • I ran a bulk action and some products didn't change → The bulk action only changes products that weren't already in the chosen state; the others were already set.
  • I turned a product off in one store and it vanished from the others → Check that you switched the toggle inside the store and not Include in Online Store on the product, which affects every store.
