Updated on
Before you start
- The product must already exist in Payments › Products. Product images show on the payment page automatically.
- Connect an online payment provider (for example, Stripe or PayPal) in Payments › Integrations.
Where to find it
Payments › Payment Links › Create Link
Step by step
- In the left menu, open Payments and click Payment Links.
- Click Create Link.
- At the top of the screen, type a name for the link (so you can find it later).
- Choose the product, then choose that product's price.
- Set any optional settings you want and click Save.
- Click Preview. The payment page opens.
- Copy the address from your browser's address bar.
- Send the link to the customer, for example in a message from Conversations.
Tips
- The payment page language follows the platform language set in Settings › Business Profile.
- You can pre-fill customer details by adding
firstName=,lastName=,email=andphone=to the link address. - To send the customer to a thank-you page after paying, add
redirectUrl=(address) andredirectIn=(countdown in seconds).
Common problems
- Bank transfer or another manual payment method doesn't show on the link → Payment links only support online methods (like Stripe and PayPal). For manual payments, send an invoice instead.
- The product I want isn't in the list → Create it first in Payments › Products, then create the link again.
- The customer opens the link but can't pay → Check that your payment provider is connected in Integrations.
