Which calendar type to choose in Elooo System

In Settings › Calendars, click Create Calendar and pick the type: Personal (one person), Round Robin (several team members share the bookings), Collective (everyone in the same meeting), Class (several people in the same slot) or Event (in-person events).

Before you start

  • You need permission to create and manage calendars in your account. If you don't see the option to create one, ask an admin.
  • Know who will take the appointments: one person, several people taking turns, or several people at the same time.
  • Know how you'll meet: in person, by phone or by video call.
Where to find it

Settings › Calendars › Create Calendar

Step by step

  1. In the left menu, open Settings and click Calendars.
  2. Click Create Calendar.
  3. Read each type's description and pick the one that matches how you work:
    • Personal Booking: 1:1 appointments with a single person (for example, the doctor or the consultant). The best place to start.
    • Round Robin: same as personal, but with several team members. Each booking is assigned to one of the available members.
    • Collective: a slot can only be booked when all selected members are free at the same time, because they all join the same meeting.
    • Class: several people book the same slot, up to the number of seats you set (for example, a group class).
    • Event: designed for in-person events. It doesn't create automatic Zoom or Google Meet links.
  4. If you see a warning that the selected type has key differences, read it before you continue.
  5. Set up the calendar (name, team members, location, availability) and save.

Use the setup assistant

  1. In Calendars, look for the Calendar Setup Assistant panel.
  2. Click Create a new calendar, pick one of the suggestions or type what you need (for example, "a calendar for 30-minute consultations with me").
  3. Answer the assistant's questions (name, team members, assignment, location, days and hours).
  4. Review the summary and click Create it.
  5. Use Book a test appointment to make sure the booking page works.

Tips

  • If you sell services with their own price and duration (for example, treatments), also look at Services, which brings several services together on one booking page.
  • To put several calendars behind a single link (for example, one per provider), create a calendar group after creating the individual calendars.
  • The assistant may not be available in every account. If you don't see it, use the Create Calendar button.

Common problems

  • The button to create a calendar is missing → Your user doesn't have permission to manage calendars. Ask an admin to grant it in Settings › My Staff.
  • I created an event calendar and it doesn't generate a video link → Event calendars don't create dynamic Zoom or Google Meet links. For 1:1 online consultations, create a personal booking or round robin calendar.
  • I can't see the setup assistant → Your account may not have access to it yet, or your user lacks calendar permissions. Use Create Calendar instead.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change a calendar created by the assistant?

Yes. It lives in Settings › Calendars and you edit it like any other calendar.

What's the difference between personal and round robin?

They have the same features. A personal calendar has only one team member; a round robin can have several.
