How to create a personal booking calendar
In Settings › Calendars, click Create Calendar, choose Personal Booking, set the name, duration, location and your hours, then save. The calendar gets its own link so clients can book with you.

Before you start
- You need permission to create calendars in your account.
- The user who will take the appointments must exist in Settings › My Staff.
- If you want video appointments, connect Zoom or Google Calendar to your profile first (see the article on video calls).
Where to find it
Settings › Calendars › Create Calendar › Personal Booking
Step by step
- In the left menu, open Settings and click Calendars.
- Click Create Calendar and choose Personal Booking.
- Enter the calendar name (clients see it, for example "Initial consultation") and, if you like, a short description.
- Check the team member. By default it's the user creating the calendar; if the calendar belongs to someone else, change it here.
- Choose the meeting location: address, phone, Zoom, Google Meet or custom text.
- Set the duration of each appointment (for example, 30 minutes).
- Open the Availability tab and enter the days and hours when you accept bookings.
- Review the reminders in the Notifications tab (you can keep the default templates).
- Click Save.
- To test it, open the calendar link (three-dot menu › Share) and make a test booking with your own details.
Tips
- A personal calendar has the same features as a round robin calendar, but with just one person. If you later need several staff members, create a round robin calendar.
- Give the calendar a clear name: it shows on the booking page, confirmations and reminders.
- If you offer several appointment types with different durations, create one calendar for each or use Services.
Common problems
- The link shows no time slots → Make sure you set days and hours in the Availability tab and that a team member is assigned.
- Bookings land on someone else's calendar → The team member chosen in step 4 is wrong. Edit the calendar and change it.
- Zoom or Google Meet doesn't appear as a location → Zoom or Google isn't connected to the team member's profile yet. Connect it and edit the calendar again.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have more than one personal calendar?
