How to add an order form (checkout) with products to a funnel
In the funnel step, open the Products tab and click + Add Product to attach the product and its price. Then, in the builder, drag in the One Step Order Form element, set up the fields, cart mode, order bump and coupons, and publish.

Before you start
- Create your products and prices first in Payments › Products. The order form only shows products that already exist.
- Have a payment integration connected (for example, Stripe) in Payments › Integrations, otherwise customers can't pay.
- Have the funnel created, with the step where the checkout will live (for example, "Payment").
Where to find it
Sites › Funnels › (open the funnel) › (step) › Products › + Add Product
Step by step
Attach products to the step
- In the left menu, open Sites, click Funnels and open the funnel.
- In the step list, select the step where the checkout will go.
- In the right panel, open the Products tab and click + Add Product.
- Under Product, choose the product you want to sell. If it doesn't exist yet, use the inline link to create a new one.
- Under Price, choose the price (one-time or recurring). You can also create a new price from the link.
- Optionally, fill in Product Name Override and Price Display Override to change how they appear on this form only.
- Open Additional options:
- Allow multiple quantity: the customer can buy more than one unit.
- Max per order: the unit limit per purchase (1 to 999).
- Main product or Bump product: a bump is the extra offer shown as a checkbox at checkout.
- Repeat for every product you want on the form.
Add the order form to the page
- On the same step, click Edit to open the builder.
- Click Add Elements (the + in the top-left corner) and, under Order elements, drag One Step Order to the spot on the page where you want the checkout.
- In the element settings, open Form options and choose which fields are shown and which are required (company name, shipping address, price…).
- Adjust the remaining options as needed:
- Enable cart mode: the customer picks several products and quantities on the same form.
- Product description and pricing: shows or hides the description and price details (for a recurring price, this includes setup fee, trial period and recurring amount).
- Order bump: turns on the extra offer tied to the product marked as a bump.
- Coupon codes: lets the customer enter a discount coupon.
- Under styling, match the button, text and background colors to your brand.
- Click Preview and run a test purchase to confirm products, totals and payment look right.
- Click Publish.
Tips
- The one-step form puts contact, shipping, product and payment on a single screen: fewer clicks, but more information in one place. Keep only the essential fields. If you'd rather collect contact details first and payment second, use the Two Step Order element instead.
- The form charges whatever price is attached to the product, so it works for both one-time payments and subscriptions.
- On a website page (rather than a funnel step), products are attached from the three-dot menu of the page where the form will sit.
- Cart mode is only available in funnels built on the latest builder version. If you don't see the option, migrate the step to the new version.
Common problems
- Products don't appear in the order form → Make sure the product and at least one price are in the Products tab of the same step where the form is placed.
- Customers can't choose a quantity → Under Products › Additional options, enable Allow multiple quantity and set Max per order.
- I don't see the cart mode option → The step is on the old builder version. Migrate the step to the new version to access the latest settings.
- Payment is declined → Check your payment integration in Payments › Integrations and run a test purchase before sharing the page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell a subscription with this form?
Yes. Attach a recurring price to the product and the form charges according to that price.
How do I offer an extra product at checkout?
Add the product to the step with the Bump product option and, in the form settings, enable Order bump. It appears as a complementary offer the customer ticks before paying.
