- How to create and sell gift cardsGo to Payments › Gift Cards, click Create Gift Card, fill in the name, terms, expiry, design, denominations and quantity, and save. Then click Sell on the card to copy the checkout link, embed code or QR code, or add it as a product to your existing checkouts.
- How to redeem a gift card and check its balanceCustomers redeem a gift card at checkout with the code they received. Your team can also apply it when collecting payment (Record Payment › Charge a Card, Charge Now or Create Subscription) by entering the code in the Gift Card field and clicking Apply. Balances are under Payments › Gift Cards › Gift Card Orders.
