How to set up an affiliate program for your business with an affiliate campaign
Under Marketing › Affiliate Manager › Campaigns, click Add, choose the source (funnel, website, store, form, survey, calendar or external website), set the commissions (per sale or per lead), write the description, add affiliates and publish. Each affiliate gets their own referral link.

Before you start
- Have what affiliates will promote ready: a funnel, website, store, form, survey or calendar in Elooo System, or the URL of an external website.
- Decide the commission model: per sale (a flat amount or a percentage of each purchase, optionally on recurring charges too) or per lead (a flat amount for each form, survey or booking that comes through the affiliate).
- For per-sale commissions on payments taken in Elooo System, you need a payment provider connected.
- This affiliate manager is for your own program: people or businesses who promote your products and services in exchange for a commission.
Where to find it
Marketing › Affiliate Manager › Campaigns › Add
Step by step
How it works
- You create a campaign: what gets promoted, how it's tracked and how much you pay.
- You add affiliates to the campaign; each one gets their own referral link for that campaign.
- When someone comes in through the link and fills out the form, books an appointment or buys, the lead or sale is attributed to the affiliate and the commission is calculated.
- You approve commissions and pay them, automatically through PayPal or manually however you prefer (bank transfer, Stripe, Wise, check).
Create the campaign
- In the left menu, open Marketing and click Affiliate Manager.
- Open the Campaigns page and click Add.
- Under Campaign details, name it and choose the source: funnel, website, store, form, survey, calendar or external website. Link the campaign to the specific item (for example, the sales funnel for product X).
- In the Commissions step, set the per-sale commission: flat amount or percentage, and whether it applies to the first purchase only or to recurring charges as well.
- If the source is a form, survey or calendar and you want to pay per lead, turn on Pay Per Lead and set the amount per lead.
- For tiers (affiliates who recruit sub-affiliates), open the advanced commission settings and configure the levels.
- Optionally, under Level Up to another Campaign, choose the destination campaign and the milestone (number of customers or revenue) at which an affiliate is promoted automatically.
- Write the campaign description: this is what affiliates read to understand what they promote and what they earn.
- Add the affiliates who take part in the campaign (you can also do this later).
- Review everything and click Publish.
Keep track
- The affiliate manager dashboard shows leads, customers, clicks and commissions across all campaigns or for one specific campaign.
- Open an affiliate's profile to see their active links, leads and commissions.
Tips
- Create one campaign per offer when commissions or rules differ (e.g. 20% on the course, a flat amount per booked appointment).
- The same affiliate can be in several campaigns at once, with a different link in each.
- For lead tracking, the form, survey or calendar must be placed as an element on an Elooo System page; code or iframe embeds aren't tracked.
Common problems
- The lead came through the link but wasn't attributed to the affiliate → The form or calendar is embedded by code/iframe on another site. Place it as an element on an Elooo System page or funnel.
- I don't see the Pay Per Lead option → It's only available for form, survey or calendar sources. For funnels, websites and stores, use per-sale commissions.
- The affiliate says they have no link → They haven't been added to the campaign yet, or the campaign isn't published. Check both and ask them to open the affiliate portal.
- I want to change the commission for just one affiliate → Don't change the campaign; open the affiliate's profile and customize their commission (see the related article).
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete or pause a campaign?
You can remove affiliates from a campaign or move them to another one. To stop paying commissions on an offer, remove the affiliates from that campaign.
Can affiliates see my customers' details?
They see the leads and customers attributed to them in the portal. You can mask part of the email addresses in the affiliate portal settings.
