How to customize the look of your booking page (colors, button and logo)

Edit the calendar in Settings › Calendars, open Customizations and choose the Neo style. Under Widget appearance, set the primary color, background color and button text, hide calendar details if you like, and use Preview Widget before saving. Colors only work with the Neo style.

Before you start

  • Have your brand colors handy (primary and background). Contrasting colors work best.
  • Color, background and button customization only exists in the Neo style. Classic is simple with no appearance options.
  • Switching styles doesn't affect existing bookings.

Step by step

Choose the widget style

  1. Open Settings › Calendars, click the calendar's three dots and choose Edit.
  2. Open the Customizations tab.
  3. Under Calendar Widget Style, choose Neo (modern and customizable) or Classic (simple).
  4. Save.

Change colors, button and details (Neo style)

  1. In the same calendar, open Advanced settings › Widget appearance.
  2. Set the Primary Colour: it affects buttons, dates, time slots and actions like staff selection.
  3. Set the Background Colour: it applies to the date-time selector and the form.
  4. Under Button Text, enter what shows on the final step (e.g. "Book now", "Schedule appointment").
  5. For a cleaner page, turn on Hide Calendar Details to hide the name, description, duration, date and timezone in the left panel.
  6. Click Preview Widget to see the result; repeat after each change.
  7. Save.

Logo and step order

  1. The logo shown on the widget is the one set in the calendar's meeting details; to remove it, remove it there.
  2. With the Neo style you can also reorder the booking steps (form, date & time, payment) and, on round robin calendars, let the customer choose the staff member.

Tips

  • If you use a custom form on the booking, pick a form theme that matches the widget colors: the form background follows the widget background, but the fields follow the form's theme.
  • Reset to Default restores the original blue and white.
  • For calendar groups, Neo is already the default style.

Common problems

  • The color options aren't there → The calendar is on the Classic style. Switch to Neo under Customizations.
  • I turned everything off but the left panel still shows → Disable calendar name, description and details, remove the logo from the meeting details, and turn off Allow Select Staff under Customizations.
  • My colors aren't applied → If the calendar has custom CSS, it takes precedence over these settings. Adjust or remove the CSS.
  • The preview doesn't show my latest change → Click Preview Widget again after every change.

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch from Classic to Neo on a calendar that already has bookings?

Yes. Only the page's look changes; existing bookings stay.

Does customization work on the service menu?

No. The service menu doesn't use these customizations.
