- How an unsubscribed contact can start receiving your emails againAfter unsubscribing, the contact can pick "Unsubscribed by mistake, subscribe again" in the questionnaire on the unsubscribe page and submit it; their email status is restored automatically. Verify it on the contact record, under the DND panel, and add a tag or note with the date.
- How to add an unsubscribe link to your emailsIn Settings › Business Profile, turn on Include Unsubscribe Link to add it to every email, or type {{unsubscribe}} in the editor to place it exactly where you want. Use only one method per email.
- How to add and verify your email sending domain (SPF, DKIM and DMARC)In Settings › Email Services › Dedicated Domain & IP, click Add Domain, enter a subdomain (e.g., mail.yourbusiness.com), copy the DNS records shown into your domain's DNS panel and click Verify domain.
- How to let contacts choose which types of email they receive (subscription categories)Go to Settings › Preference Management Hub and create subscription types (newsletter, promotions, events…). When sending a campaign, pick the category under Send or Schedule. Anyone who opts out of a category is automatically left out of future sends in that category while still receiving the others.
- How to set up DMARC for your domain and why it failsIn your domain's DNS panel, create a TXT record named _dmarc with the value v=DMARC1; p=none; to start monitoring. DMARC only passes if SPF or DKIM passes AND is aligned with the From domain. If you send through a shared domain and your DMARC is p=reject, lower it to p=none or set up your own sending domain.
- How to warm up your email domain and follow sending best practicesA new domain starts warming up on its own once verified; for a domain you already used, turn it on in Settings › Email Services › Dedicated Domain & IP › Start Warmup. Send every day, only to contacts who opted in, with no volume spikes.
