How to add a form to your website (in Elooo System or an external site)

On an Elooo System website or funnel, drag the Form element onto the page and pick your form. On an external site (WordPress, Wix, Shopify…), open the form in Sites › Forms, click Integrate, choose a layout, copy the code and paste it into your site editor.

Updated on

Before you start

  • The form must already be created and saved in Sites › Forms.
  • For an external site, you need access to its editor and a place to paste code (HTML block, code widget or code injection).
Where to find it

Sites › Forms › (open the form) › Integrate

Step by step

On an Elooo System website or funnel

  1. Open the page in the builder (Sites › Funnels or Websites › Edit).
  2. Click + in the top bar, choose Elements and drag the Form element onto the page.
  3. In the list that appears, pick your form.
  4. To change the form without leaving the page, click Edit form in the right panel, make your changes and click Save.
  5. Save and publish the page.

On an external website

  1. Open Sites › Forms and open the form.
  2. Click Integrate (top right).
  3. Choose a layout:
    • Inline: sits inside the page content.
    • Popup: opens in a window on top of the page.
    • Polite Slide-In: slides in from one side of the screen.
    • Sticky Sidebar: stays fixed on one side as visitors scroll.
  4. For non-inline layouts, choose when it appears (after X seconds, after scrolling X %, or always), on which visit it activates, and when it stops showing (after X times or once the lead is captured). You can also set the Modal height (500 px by default).
  5. Click Copy Embed Code.
  6. Paste the code into your site editor:
    • WordPress: on the page, add a Custom HTML block and paste the code.
    • Wix: click + › Embed › Embed a Widget, paste the code and click Update.
    • Shopify: go to Online Store › Themes › Edit code, open theme.liquid and paste the code in the header or footer.
    • Squarespace: go to Settings › Advanced › Code Injection and paste it in the header or footer.
  7. Save and publish your site, then open it in your browser to check the form shows up.
  1. In Integrate, click Copy Form Link.
  2. Send the link by WhatsApp, email or social media.

Tips

  • To use the form in a QR code, create a QR code of type Form in Sites › QR Codes.
  • Use a separate embed code for each form and each page where you want it to show.

Common problems

  • I changed the popup or triggers and my site still looks the same → Code pasted on your site doesn't update itself. Go back to Integrate, copy the new code and replace the old one.
  • The form doesn't show on my external site → Check that you copied the full code, pasted it into a block that accepts code (HTML), and published the site.
  • On Squarespace the form doesn't show on checkout → Squarespace doesn't allow forms on checkout pages. Use it on other pages.
  • I can't find my form in the Form element list → Make sure the form is saved in Sites › Forms and refresh the builder.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Just copy the code and paste it into your editor's code block or widget.

Do submissions from an external site also reach Elooo System?

Yes. They show up in the form's submissions and create or update the contact.
