- How to add a form to your website (in Elooo System or an external site)On an Elooo System website or funnel, drag the Form element onto the page and pick your form. On an external site (WordPress, Wix, Shopify…), open the form in Sites › Forms, click Integrate, choose a layout, copy the code and paste it into your site editor.
- How to create a contact formGo to Sites › Forms, click Create Form, start from scratch or a template, drag in the fields (name, email, phone, message), set up notifications and the after-submit message, then save and send a test submission.
- How to view and export form submissionsGo to Sites › Forms, open the Submissions tab, pick the form and date range, and click a row to see the full response. You can download it as a PDF, export to CSV or choose which columns show.
