How to see visits, conversions and sales for a funnel or website

Go to Sites › Analytics, pick the type (Funnels, Websites, Blogs, Forms…), optionally a specific funnel or site, and the date range. The cards show page views, opt-ins, conversion rate, time on page and sales; click a card to see its chart, and click a funnel to see step-by-step numbers.

Before you start

  • The funnel, website, blog or form must be published and receiving visits. No traffic, no data.
  • To measure a site that isn't built in Elooo System (the External Tracking type), the tracking code must be installed on that site.
  • Decide what you want to know: total visits, who left their details (opt-ins), sales or time on page.
Where to find it

Sites › Analytics

Step by step

  1. In the left menu, open Sites and click the Analytics tab in the top bar.
  2. Under Asset Type, choose what to analyze: Funnels, Websites, Blogs, Webinars, Forms, Surveys, QR Codes or External Tracking. Only one type is shown at a time, and the cards change with the type.
  3. In the filter next to it, pick a specific funnel or site, or leave All to see the whole group.
  4. In the top-right corner, choose the date range. It defaults to the last 14 days and always compares against the matching period right before it.
  5. Read the cards at the top:
    • Page Views: how many times pages were opened, along with unique views.
    • Opt-ins: conversions (a purchase, a submitted form or survey, a booked appointment).
    • Conversion Rate: opt-ins divided by unique page views.
    • Time on Page: how long visitors stayed.
    • Sales: revenue generated by the funnel or site.
  6. Click a card so the chart and breakdowns below switch to that metric.
  7. In the Page Views chart, click a funnel, website or webinar to open step-level numbers and see where visitors stop.
  8. Repeat with another type, asset or date range as needed.

Tips

  • The percentage next to each number is the comparison with the previous period of equal length (e.g. last 14 days vs. the 14 days before).
  • QR Codes have no cards: the view only shows total scans and scans per code.
  • Changing the Asset Type resets the specific-asset filter to All.
  • For a split test, each version's numbers are on the Stats tab inside the funnel itself.

Common problems

  • Everything shows zero → The page isn't published, hasn't had visits in the chosen range, or the range is wrong. Widen the range and confirm the published address is the one you're sharing.
  • External Tracking shows nothing → The tracking code isn't installed on the external site, or it's being blocked. Reinstall the code and confirm the page loads it.
  • I can't find my funnel in the filter → Check the selected Asset Type: a funnel only appears under Funnels, a website under Websites.
  • Sales don't match my payments → The Sales card only counts revenue generated by that funnel's or site's pages in the chosen range. For the full total, see Payments › Transactions.
  • Visits look too high → Compare total views with unique views: the same person reloading the page counts several times in the total.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see which countries or cities visits come from?

Yes. The breakdowns under the cards include location, traffic source, browser and device, depending on the selected type.

Does this replace Google Analytics?

It gives you the key numbers without leaving Elooo System. For deeper analysis, you can also connect Google Analytics to your pages.
