Before you start
- Your user needs permission to view orders (and to export orders, if you want to download them).
- Orders appear when a customer buys through an order form, a payment link or your online store.
Where to find it
Payments › Orders
Step by step
View orders
- In the left menu, open Payments and click Orders.
- You'll see the list with customer, amount, status and date for each order.
- Use the filters to find what you need:
- order status (for example, completed or pending);
- date range;
- source (funnel, payment link, store…);
- product type (one-time or recurring).
- Click an order to see the products, discounts, coupon used, taxes and customer details.
Export orders
- In Payments › Orders, apply filters (optional; with no filters, everything is exported).
- Click Download.
- Check your email: you'll get a message with a link to download the CSV file.
- Download the file and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Tips
- One order can span several rows in the CSV (one per product and per tax). To add up totals, group by the Internal order id column.
- The Live mode column shows whether the order was real or a test.
- For a subscription's billing history, use Subscriptions; the orders CSV only shows how many recurring products an order had.
Common problems
- The file link has expired → The link is valid for 7 days. Start a new export.
- I didn't get the email with the file → Check spam and your user's email address in Settings › My Profile, then export again.
- Unpaid or abandoned orders are included → They're included by default. Filter by status before exporting.
- Payment method is blank on some orders → It only appears when a payment was made. Those orders haven't been paid yet.
Frequently asked questions
