Before you start
- Have your networks connected to the Social Planner.
- Upload your images and videos to the Elooo System media library and use those links in the file. Google Drive links are not accepted.
- Decide on the format: Basic (date, text, preview link, images, video, GIF) or Advanced (all of that plus per-network post type, watermark, tags, category, first comment and options for YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Business Profile).
- The file can be
.csvor.xlsx.
Where to find it
Marketing › Social Planner › New Post › Upload from CSV
Step by step
Prepare the file
- Under Upload from CSV, download the basic or advanced sample template. Column headers must match the template exactly.
- Fill one row per post:
postAtSpecificTime: date and time in 24-hour format, for example2026-10-25 21:30(also acceptsYYYY/MM/DD HH:mmandM/D/YYYY H:mm). A row with no date becomes a draft.content: the post text, with hashtags if you like.link (OGmetaUrl): the address to show as a link preview (if there is an image, video or GIF, the link becomes plain text).imageUrls: image links, comma-separated (up to 10).videoUrls: the video link (only one video per post) and, optionally, thumbnailUrlfor the thumbnail.gifUrl: the GIF link (leave the other media columns empty).
- In the advanced format you can also fill in:
mediaOptimization(true/false, converts the file to the format the network requires),applyWatermark(true/false),tags(comma-separated),Category,followUpComment(first comment),type(post/story/reel for Facebook and Instagram), the YouTube columns (title,privacyLevel,typevideo/short), the TikTok columns (privacy, comments, duet, stitch, disclosure) and the Pinterest columns (title, link). - Schedule every date at least 10 minutes after the time you plan to upload the file.
- Save the file (up to 90 posts per file, split across the networks you choose).
Import
- Open Marketing › Social Planner › New Post › Upload from CSV.
- Pick the format (Basic or Advanced), upload the file and click Next.
- Choose the networks the posts should go to. If you want a review, turn on Send for approval and pick the approver.
- Click Create.
- On the review screen, the system flags errors row by row (invalid date, text over the limit, missing media). Fix them; you can also add or swap images right there.
- Click Schedule, then Import. The posts land on the calendar (or in the Approval tab if you requested a review).
Tips
- Facebook and Instagram accept multi-image carousels; Google Business Profile accepts only one image per post (it uses the first in the list).
- If you mix networks with different rules on the same row, turn on
mediaOptimizationso the system adjusts format and dimensions automatically. - Prefer
followUpCommentfor Instagram links instead of putting them in the caption.
Common problems
- Date errors on several rows → Use 24-hour format and one of the accepted patterns (for example
2026-10-25 21:30); make sure the header is exactlypostAtSpecificTime. - Images don't show → Google Drive links are no longer processed. Upload the files to the media library and use those links, or add the images on the review screen.
- A video post fails to schedule → There is more than one link in
videoUrls. Only one video (or Reel) per post is allowed. - The file is rejected for having too many rows → The limit is 90 posts per file. Split it into several files.
- Tags and categories didn't come through → Make sure you are using the Advanced format and the
tagsandCategorycolumns with those exact names.
