How to see statistics for your social media posts
Go to Marketing › Social Planner › Statistics, pick the accounts and the network and see posts, likes, followers, impressions, comments, reach, link clicks and top-performing posts. For the numbers of one specific post, open it from the planner's List view.

Before you start
- Accounts must be connected to the Social Planner with up-to-date permissions; when an account needs re-authorization, an alert appears and statistics only resume the day after you reconnect.
- Networks with statistics: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (pages only), YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok (business accounts only), Google Business Profile, Threads and Bluesky. Available metrics vary by network.
- Link clicks are only counted for shortened links created in the planner itself.
Where to find it
Marketing › Social Planner › Statistics
Step by step
View the overall dashboard
- In the left menu, open Marketing and click Social Planner.
- Open the Statistics tab.
- In the dropdown at the top left, check the accounts you want to include.
- In the side selector, choose All for a cross-network view or a specific network to filter.
- Hover over the i icon next to any metric to see its definition, supported networks and time range.
What each block shows
- KPI overview: number of posts, total likes, followers, impressions and comments across the selected accounts.
- Social post performance: bars for posts per week and lines for daily interactions (likes, comments, shares).
- Link clicks by network and Link performance: clicks on the planner's shortened links, by network and by link.
- Number of posts, Engagement, Impressions and Post reach: per network, with the change versus the previous week. For Google Business Profile, reach adds up call clicks, website clicks, direction requests, bookings and orders.
- Top performing posts: the ones with the most likes; click the eye icon to open the post on the network.
- Engagement stats: likes, comments and shares per network; switch between total engagement, followers and likes.
- Demographics: gender and age breakdown (on Instagram, only with 100 or more followers).
See the numbers for a single post
- In the planner, open the List view.
- Click the post to open its details: that post's numbers appear there.
- Available for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (personal account) and LinkedIn pages.
Tips
- Compare networks side by side in the engagement block to decide where to invest more content.
- To measure clicks, create links in the planner's link shortener before adding them to the post.
- Some networks' data arrives late: TikTok 1 to 2 days, Pinterest 2 days, LinkedIn followers up to 2 days, Threads and Bluesky 1 day.
Common problems
- LinkedIn statistics are empty → Only LinkedIn pages have statistics; personal profiles don't, due to a LinkedIn limitation.
- TikTok shows nothing → The account is personal (only business accounts have statistics) or the data hasn't arrived yet (1 to 2 days).
- A re-authorization alert appeared → Reconnect the account in the planner settings with the requested permissions; statistics resume the next day.
- Link clicks are zero → The post's links weren't shortened in the planner. Only those are counted.
- Instagram demographics don't appear → The account has fewer than 100 followers; Instagram only provides that data above that number.
